Hello,
it is possible to add some crypto support for l2tpv3? aes, blowfish eg.?

vtun, ipsec, openvpn daemons although can do create transparent ether, but they need very fast CPU for this.

Although I haven't tried it, you should be able to configure IPSec policiies for L2TP using one of the standard Linux IPSec tools (e.g. StrongSWAN). Internally, static L2TPv3 uses kernel sockets. Set the IPSec policies to match the UDP ports used for the L2TPv3 connection.
