No packets are being received by openl2tpd.

You show tcpdump output. Is this run on the LNS?

thank you jchapman for reply ...

now i can run openl2tp good .. i fix most problems ...and i like it --
but my problem now more harder .. load balance for more than one l2tp server+ppp .. it doesn't work good .. start good .. but after time its stop receive new ppp and number of ppp client go down most client have error 718 at pppoe connection ... and i don't know why (is it problem with tunnels -- lac -- or some thing else )
other LNS work good with load balance ..(Cisco LNS)
note : LAC is Cisco

any ides or help about this ??!!!
